The Chargers are the NFL’s perennial underachievers. While they may have made some noise in the playoffs, but they have always seemed to have records that don’t indicate the amount of talent that they have on their roster.
The prevailing theory is that Norv Turner just isn’t a good head coach. Is that true? We asked Mike Sullivan of Mr. Sports Blog to explain this, and all other things Chargers to us.
